I think Anet just try to giving you more reasons to buy the Faction.

I mean if Anet made everything in Faction same as in Prophecies then the majority of PvP players will have no reason to buy the Faction right =).

Skills, Armors, may get balanced after Anet reach 1 or 2 Mil copy in sale, but I would not expect they would do anything before that.

Elementalist armors in prophecies are pathetic in comparison to elementalist armors in factions imo.

I intend on buying that set and doing that very thing in chapter 2 I dont care what the cookie cutter kids think about it ill do it whether they like it or not.
